There will be a PTO meeting tonight at 5:15 in the HHS library.
This meeting will focus on fundraising for our school.
Southwest Sporting will be at HHS Thursday, February 1st @10:30 for students to place letterman jacket orders and/or patches. More information will be shared as it becomes available.
Due to the uncertainty of the timing of the weather this morning, the Hazen School District will be closed today. The school board meeting at 6:00 is still scheduled to meet. HHS PTO will also have a meeting at 5:30 in Mrs. Booth's room.
Out of an abundance of caution and to allow us time to monitor the weather Monday morning, there will be a TWO hour delay in the start of school tomorrow. School will start at 10:00 a.m. and buses will run TWO hours later than normal time. Any changes will be announced and shared by 8:30 in the morning.
Basketball games scheduled against Des Arc have been cancelled for tonight. The games will be played at a later date to be determined.
The Hazen School District will be closed Friday, January 19, 2024.
The Hazen School District will be closed Thursday due to the current road conditions. The basketball games with Clarendon are cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The basketball games at Palestine-Wheatley scheduled for tonight have been rescheduled to Thursday, January 25th at the same times.
The Hazen School Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th, has been rescheduled to Monday, January 22nd at 6 PM due to inclement weather.
FCCLA members, Maci Sickel and Ryleigh Cook spoke to the board about their recent experience at STAR Events. The FCCLA sponsor is Summer Greenwalt.
The Hazen School District will dismiss at 2:00 December 18th-21st. Winter Break begins December 22nd. Students return January 8th. Staff will return January 5th.
Friday night we have our first home game in the HORNETS NEST starting at 4:30.

Tonight starts our basketball season for the 23-24 school year.
The 7th grade boys will play at 4:30 in Clarendon followed by junior girls, junior boys and senior high boys. The bus will leave immediately after school.
