Any parent of a student or the student who
graduated/dismissed from the Special Education Program at
the Hazen School District prior to 2012-2013 may pick up their
Special Education Records at the Due Process Clerk's Office,
Hazen Elementary School. Records not picked up by
May 24, 2019 will be destroyed.
